    Houston Boutique Hotel Completes First Phase of Renovations

    The Magnolia Hotel Houston recently completed a renovation of most of the hotel’s public spaces. The first phase of the multi-million-dollar project included the lobby, the second floor meeting space and restaurant, third floor meeting space and public restrooms and the 23rd floor fitness center and outdoor rooftop pool deck. The historic landmark building was erected in 1926 as the home of the Houston Post-Dispatch and later served as the home of Shell Oil.     Resilient Houston rebounds after what can only be called one hell of a year. To say 2017 was a momentous year for Houston is not hyperbole.
