    Paramour, which opened in August 2015, was designed by owner Martin Phipps to be an oasis in the Texas sky with attention to detail and topnotch service at the heart of the concept. The 8,000-square-foot property was one of San Antonio’s first rooftop venues and provides panoramic views of the city’s skyline.
